All new Ford Pro vehicles include FORDLiive,⁠† a complimentary connected uptime service which helps keep your vehicles operational and on the road.
With FORDLiive, eligible customers can help maximise uptime by viewing vehicle health information through FordPass or Ford Telematics or Ford Telematics Essentials and in parallel our Transit Service Dealers can use the same smart information.
This means that before your vehicle reaches the Transit Centre workshop your Dealer has been able to identify the required work, plus any upcoming work that might be best bundled together and agree with you on the best schedule to keep your business moving. In addition, the Dealer can best plan the parts and technical support needed for the appointment to ensure the work can be completed without unnecessary delays.

At its heart are our FORDLiive Centres with dedicated FORDLiive Agents. They connect our Transit Centre Dealers directly with the wealth of knowledge and resources of Ford to ensure that any assistance needed to secure technical advice, or the parts required to keep your vehicles on the road, achieves the fastest and highest levels of support. Working together with our Transit Centre Dealers, we share an unwavering focus on helping to maximise the uptime we deliver to our commercial vehicle customers.

FORDLiive Centres connect our FORDLiive agents with our Transit Service Dealers in real‑time with expertise, resources and vehicle health data to help identify where assistance can be provided to resolve technical issues or expedite parts.

FordLiive Agents

The FORDLiive agents are responsible for monitoring all commercial vehicles that are undergoing repairs within our Transit Service Dealers. If the vehicle repair process is delayed, from vehicle recovery through to completion, the FORDLiive agent will collaborate with the repairing dealer and Ford specialist departments will intervene to expedite and resolves issues, addressing delays even before you call.

Using real‑time Vehicle Health Status with Service Notifications to help you plan. Check your Vehicle Health at a Glance

Health Alerts bring any key issues to your attention with an early notification sent to your app when you need it. Receive alerts about: AdBlue, fuel and washer fluid levels, brake discs, tyre pressure and oil life. All key vehicle health information is shown in one place. Use the My Garage section of the app to switch between each of your vehicles to stay on top of their health.

Smart Diagnostics

Our priority is to get you back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Through the power of connected vehicles our Transit Service Dealers are now able to view connected vehicle health data, before the van arrives at the workshop. Just contact your dealer by phone for advice on scheduled maintenance.
Emergency Triage: We start our diagnosis on breakdowns urgently to ensure that appropriate actions can be taken to maintain customer mobility. We expedite repair events by improved preparation before the vehicle arrives and greater diagnostic capability.
